Description:
The vessel is in great condition and is a must see.  It is fully equipped for cruising, and racing. The vessel sleeps 5-6 people and has 6' headroom in the cabin.  The vessel is equipped with a cabin heater, an essentail item in the North West.  All the facilities are in good working order, as the vessel is still in constant use.
 
History:
The current owners are the third owners.  The vessel has been owned and operated out of the White Rock British Columbia its entire life.  The vessel has been out of the water annually for hull maintence.  The outboard has been also maitnained annually.  There was also a survey completed in June of 2002.
 
NEW WORK:
New Anti-Fouling has been applied June 2003.  All teak has been refinished.  All electrical has been tested and new bulbs have been added.  Head intake thru hull valve replaced.  New faucet installed.  Plumbing cleaned and updated.  Aquamat added to cockpit.  Sails cleaned.  And more!
